We want every Club Unity purchase to be exactly what you expected. If you have a question about your order — before or after purchase — please get in touch and we'll do our best to help.

shipping
Where we ship
We currently ship to UK addresses only.
Dispatch
All orders are dispatched within 10 working days of purchase. You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been dispatched.
Delivery method
42x42cm prints are sent via Royal Mail Special Delivery, which requires a signature on delivery.
Larger prints and sculptures are sent via tracked courier, also requiring a signature on delivery. Courier and estimated delivery timeframe will be confirmed in your dispatch notification.
Delivery address
Please ensure your delivery address is correct at the time of ordering. We are unable to redirect parcels once dispatched. For sculptures and larger prints, please ensure someone will be available to sign for the delivery.
returns & refunds
All Club Unity editions are limited and sold as final sale. We do not accept returns or offer refunds except in the case of items that arrive damaged or faulty.
Damaged or faulty items
If your order arrives damaged, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery at hi@clubunity.co.uk. Include your order number and clear photographs of the damage to both the item and its packaging.
We will arrange a replacement at no additional cost. Replacements are subject to availability. In the event a replacement cannot be provided, a full refund will be issued.
Your statutory rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 are not affected by this policy.

We use Mailchimp to manage email communications. We also use Google Analytics to understand how visitors use our website. Google Analytics may collect anonymised data about your visit, including pages viewed and time spent on site. You can opt out of Google Analytics tracking via your browser settings or by using the Google Analytics
